North Palawan probably remains the Philippines’ most preserved area with unspoilt nature and untouched wilderness: emerald forests plunging directly into turquoise waters, sprinkled with white powdery sand beaches, dark cliffs surrounding lagoons…

A perfect exotic combination: first, tiny Flower Island: exclusive, relaxing, charming… a little Eden in Taytay Bay.  Then El Nido Bay: a mini tropical Halong Bay, preciously preserved, with the resort of your choice both with  soothing comfort and customized service. The real privilege of travel!…

Day 1: Manila – El Nido – Flower Island

(Flight Manila/El Nido).Arrival at El Nido airport. Private 4WD minivan transfer to the jetty and boat to Flower Island (2 hours by land from West to East coast on a dirt road passing lush jungle and exotic plantation + 45 mns by boat).  Settle into your beach front bungalow on private Flower Island.  Lunch, free time to relax, dinner and overnight Flower Island

Spend the day at your leisure, swimming, snorkelling, island hopping, fishing, volley ball, boules, badminton, etc…  A visit to the nearby Pearl Farm can take place any day before departure. Overnight on Flower Island resort.

Flower Island greets you with a beautiful south sea white sandy beach.  There are 7 thatched cottages, all situated on the beach, with natural air circulation and one large cottage with 4 air-conditioned rooms.  Although there is no hot water, the water is warm from the sun and the setting and ambience makes up for such lack of hot water.  The electricity is available from early morning to about 10.00am and again from 5.00pm to 10.00pm in the evening.  There are also rechargeable lights for use at other times.  All cottages have showers, nets on beds, seats outside and hammocks on the terrace.

A small path will tour you around the island in less then 30 minutes walking.  Island hopping can be organised to the nearby islets where you can have a picnic, enjoy snorkelling over the coral reefs, or simply relax in tropical nature at its best!

The most adventurous can use the kayaks or small paddle boat to reach the nearest island around.  For culture buffs who like to leave that paradise, they could reach Taytay village and visit the massive old colonial Spanish fortress well preserved on the seafront and have a glimpse of local rural life.

Days 2 + 3:   Flower Island

Full board Flower Island Beach holidays.  A visit to a nearby pearl farm will be arranged.  Snorkeling, island hopping, kayaking, walking around the island, badminton; etc… are also possible.

Your arrival at El Nido, Miniloc Island will be to a traditional Philippine welcome by the staff of singing to you.  This is a traditional resort with thatched water cottages and garden cottages, all air-conditioned.  The atmosphere is superb and relaxed with a lovely ambience.  It is not luxury but it is a very good standard. The ratio of staff to guest must be about 3 to 1.  This is an excellent place for swimming, diving, scuba, snorkelling, kayaking and island hopping which are all included at no extra cost as are all meals.
